How do I add a new device?

Open the app, go to Devices β†’ Add, and follow the on-screen pairing steps. New devices self-announce on your network.

My device shows offline β€” what now?

Check it has power and Wi-Fi, then pull-to-refresh in the app. If it persists, re-pair the device or contact us with the device name.

How do I reset my password?

Use β€˜Forgot password’ on the login screen. You'll receive a secure email link to set a new one.

Where can I see what I've purchased?

Open the app and visit Products. Active subscriptions and packs show there with start and expiry dates.

Is my camera footage private?

Yes. Detection runs on-device and streams flow over an encrypted channel. Cloud recording is optional and opt-in.
