Yes — MyOTGO is free to download and use for core smart-home control on web and mobile. You only pay if you choose optional premium features or hardware.

Yes. MyOTGO can learn the infrared codes from your existing remotes (TV, air conditioner, appliances) and replay them on demand or as part of an automation, turning your phone into a universal remote.
