Using MyOTGO
You may use MyOTGO to control devices you own, run agents and connect tools, in line with the plan you choose and applicable law.
Accounts
Keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the access you grant to team members and connected tools.
Plans & billing
Paid plans and credits are billed as described at checkout, in GBP, USD or EUR. You can change or cancel a subscription from your account.
Acceptable use
Do not use MyOTGO to break the law, disrupt the service, or access devices and data you do not own or are not authorised to use.
Availability
We work to keep the service reliable, with local and on-device fallback where possible, but provide the platform on an as-available basis.
