Google Account Data Deletion
If you removed your Myotgo account that was linked to your Google login and want confirmation that all associated data has been deleted, please follow the steps below to notify us. We will verify the request and confirm once the deletion is completed.
How to notify us
Send an email to keyhanazarjoo@gmail.comwith the subject line “Google Account Data Deletion Confirmation.” Use the same Google email address that was linked to your Myotgo account so we can validate ownership.
Please include the following details:
- Your Google email address.
- A brief note stating that you deleted your Myotgo account and want confirmation that all related data was removed.
- Optional: any device IDs or services connected to your account to help us locate residual data.
What we remove
Once we confirm the request, we ensure deletion of your Myotgo profile, Google authentication linkage, and any device or automation data associated with your account, subject to any legally required retention.
Response time
We aim to review requests within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email at the same Google address once the deletion check is completed.
